The delivery of preschool programs is governed by the Victorian Preschool and Program Policy, Procedure and funding Criteria, Children’s Services Licensing Operational Guide and the contract between Yarra Ranges Kindergartens and DET known as the Children’s Services Funding and Services Agreement among many other requirements related to the delivery of quality early childhood services.
